NO! Don't do that! Those lines on your screen are actually there for a reason. Those lines are called the Rule Of Thirds. The Rule of Thirds is one technique that is used to help compose the objects within the frame to create a stunning photo, video, website, painting, and drawing.
The red dots are identifying the point of interest. This means that human eyes when looking video, photo, website, drawing, or painting naturally scan the four corners.
Use this to you advantage and place yourself and the objects in your frame on the points of emphasis. What does that look like? Here are a few examples:
